1. About this store

Welcome to the Aligned Skin Studio online shop. These Terms of Service apply to your use of this website and to purchases made through this Shopify store. The shop sells skincare products and Shopify store gift cards. Studio appointments and the virtual skincare Roadmap are booked separately through GlossGenius and are not purchased through this shop. Shopify store gift cards can be used toward products in this online shop; they cannot be used to book or pay for studio services.

By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to the policies linked below. If you have questions before purchasing, please contact me using the information at the end of this page.

2. Products and information

I work to keep product descriptions, images, prices, and availability accurate. Packaging or appearance may vary from the images shown, and product details or availability may change. Please read the information and directions on the product packaging before use.

Information on this site is provided for general skincare education. It does not diagnose or treat a medical condition or replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Individual experiences with skincare products vary. If you have a medical concern or experience a significant reaction, seek appropriate medical advice.

3. Orders and payment

Placing an order does not guarantee that an item is available. If an item is unavailable or an order cannot be fulfilled, I will contact you and refund any amount paid for the unfulfilled item. Please review your items and shipping or pickup selection before submitting your order. If you need to request a change or cancellation, email me promptly; I may be unable to make changes after an order has been prepared or shipped.

The product price and applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout before you place your order. Promotions may have their own stated terms. Prices and availability may change, but changes will not alter the price of an order that has already been accepted, except to correct an error with your agreement or to cancel and refund the affected item.

You agree to provide accurate contact, payment, and delivery information and to use a payment method you are authorized to use. Products purchased from this shop are intended for personal use, not unauthorized resale.

4. Shipping and studio pickup

Shipping within the United States and local pickup in Fruitland, Idaho are available as described in the Shipping & Pickup Policy. Processing times, shipping costs, pickup instructions, delivery concerns, and order delays are covered there. Carrier transit estimates are not guaranteed. If I cannot ship within the stated processing window, I will offer you the choice to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund.

5. Returns and refunds

Eligibility, time limits, return shipping costs, damaged or incorrect items, and refunds are described in the Return & Refund Policy. Please contact me and wait for return instructions before mailing an item or bringing it to the studio. Shopify store gift cards, samples, and sale items are final sale as described in that policy.

6. Privacy

Information collected through this store is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Shopify powers the store and processes information needed to operate the website and fulfill purchases. Please review the Privacy Policy for details.

7. Website content and outside links

The Aligned Skin Studio name, original site text, photographs, and other original content may not be copied or used commercially without permission. Product names, images, and trademarks belonging to skincare brands or other parties remain the property of their respective owners.

The website may link to third-party sites. Those sites have their own content and policies, which I do not control. Please review their terms before using them.

8. Shopify's role

This store is powered by Shopify, but purchases from this shop are made directly with Aligned Skin Studio. Questions about an order, product, pickup, return, or refund should be directed to Aligned Skin Studio.

9. Changes and applicable law

I may update these terms as the shop changes. The current version will be posted here with its last updated date. Changes will apply to future use of the site and future orders; they will not remove rights that applied to an order already placed. These terms are governed by Idaho law, subject to any consumer protections that cannot legally be waived.
